  • You enjoy solving real life business problems in most efficient way, whereas the technology used is important but secondary.
  • You are ok to work in condition when there is lack of specification, you can take responsibility to elaborate missing specification.
  • You can carefully listen to customer needs trying to better understand business logic and finding best matching technical implementation.
  • You can successfully do development in existing architecture and can make proper micro/macro architecture when needed.
  • You are self-motivated to perform fast and high quality work not waiting for someone else to push you.
  • You want to work in friendly environment of International Company with daily Russian (spoken) and English (mostly writing) communication (speaking skills would be a good bonus).
  • You enjoy to see direct feedback from customers who are happy to use your software.

Responsibilities

Development of IT applications in transport business area: planning, optimization, equipment management, control, analysis, etc. Work in different projects as part of the team and independently under guidance of project manager. Sometimes may require communicating with external customers (primary written English).

Short business trips are possible. You need to have valid international passport (or possibility to obtain it) and no restrictions in visiting other countries.

Compensation package

100% official salary.
